Liz Wexler is Director of Product and Partnerships at The Avatar Effect, leading the design and execution of culture-forward experiences that merge wellness, community engagement, and brand strategy into measurable outcomes.

With 15+ years across luxury, lifestyle, and mission-driven sectors, she has built an ecosystem of partnerships spanning institutional and cultural brands—Time Out New York, New York Magazine, Lululemon, Athleta, GreenCompass, VitaCoco, Bustle, and Forbes Health—while managing complex operational infrastructure across multiple locations and teams. Her expertise lies in translating brand vision into immersive, repeatable experiences that drive community loyalty, talent development, and strategic growth.

Most recently, as Lifestyle and Events Manager at LIVunLtd, she directed experiential strategy for a premier luxury residential property, overseeing concierge operations, resident engagement programming, vendor partnerships, and on-brand activations. Previously, as National Director of Business Development and Operations at Exhale Spa, she led operational optimization across 15 locations throughout the United States and Bermuda, managed crisis pivots during market disruption, and produced the Exhale Everywhere digital platform. At Equinox, she managed Group Fitness operations for 120+ weekly classes, a team of 700+ instructors, and a $400K budget, while curating 50+ community events and cultivating partnerships across New York's cultural institutions.

Her background spans talent development and recruitment (serving as Director of Learning at Stretch*d), program design and impact measurement (at City Lights Youth Theatre and Rising City Arts), and sponsored brand ambassadorships with Lululemon and Athleta. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Educational Theatre from New York University, grounding her approach in the intersection of narrative, community building, and transformational experience design.
